Presenting it to the pollies

It is 25 years since Monash Medical Centre opened in Clayton. To mark the occasion, they invited the State Minister for Health as well as local members to visit. The highlight was the paediatrician who looked after the first baby cutting that cake with the now 25 year old gorgeous babe. Chris Pappas was delighted.

I came along to enjoy his moment then found myself chatting to Michael Gidley, our local member, and David Davis the Health Minister. Taking every opportunity that comes my way, I talked about Monash Children's development then asked about his own kids and background. I was glad I had my handbag with me when he asked for my business card!! It was a fun day and yummy cake.
