Hawks victorious Saturday 27th September 2014

It was so exciting to see the Hawthorn Football Club reach the grand final - but even better to win it for the second year in a row. Luke Hodge was brilliant in his 250th game and took out the Norm Smith Medal.

From the singing of the national anthem to celebrating at home with a few glasses of Pol Roger champagne - it was a wonderful day!
